Background
Marketplace Risk brings together global leaders in fraud prevention, risk management, and trust & safety. Despite rich content and high-caliber speakers, attendees often missed sessions or struggled to recall insights post-event.
Conference AI’s mission: solve “conference amnesia” and unlock the long-tail value of live content by using AI to capture, tag, and summarize sessions — then make them easily accessible to attendees.
Technical Setup & Integration
We began by understanding Marketplace Risk’s existing AV setup. Our team confirmed that their shotgun mics could easily be integrated with the Conference AI platform — no new equipment needed. This allowed for a seamless plug-and-play installation without disrupting the venue’s existing production flow.
Session Capture
Once onsite, Conference AI captured every speaking session directly through the venue’s audio system. Workshops were recorded via omnidirectional mics, and panels were captured using the existing shotgun mic configuration.
AI Agents Transcribe and Analyze
Our AI agents — Capture, Synthesis, Quote, Perspective, Stats, and Predictive — transformed raw audio into ready-to-use insights, quotes, and future-facing trends for attendees and organizers.
Insight Distribution
Once uploaded onto the platform - Marketplace Risk attendees received full access to a searchable insights hub. This included quote-level data, CRM-friendly exports, role-based summaries, and recap content for sessions they missed — extending engagement far beyond the event.
